• You may bring in your own caterer or do the food yourself, if you wish.
• Optional staff $30 per hour per person
• Taking down rental items (tents, dance floors), does not include return or
  personal items, $30 per hour per person
• 3 Chafing dishes (warming dishes) $20 each
• $150 per hour for extra time before event
• $350 per hour for extra time during event
